Dr. Sudzina is an award-winning teacher, psychologist, mentor, and scholar. She brings 38 years of educational experience to the consulting process, the last 28 in higher education, where she has seen the changes in the admission process up close and personally.
Dr. Sudzina has been involved in college admission since 1974, when she received her masters in Guidance and Counseling from Villanova University and became a counselor in Massachusetts. Previously, she was a high school English teacher in a large public school, as well as a private preparatory school.
While in New England, Dr. Sudzina was an officer in the Counselor’s Association, and attended a one-week program at Harvard University on college admissions.
She received her Ph.D.at Temple University and spent 16 years at the University of Dayton, where she was named Professor Emerita for outstanding achievement.
Since moving to South Carolina, Dr. Sudzina has been a member of the Southern Association for College Admission Counseling and attended a one-week program in advanced college admissions at The Ohio State University sponsored by the National Association.
